An interactive installation done for Art In Odd Places-INVISIBLE 2019, takes place at a phone booth on 14th St and 7th Ave NYC. The outside of the phone booth is lined with rejection letters from the last 30 years of my artistic career. From an open call on social media, people brought their rejection letters to pin in the booth. My intention is for the negative experience of rejection to be transformed into a shared experience, connecting people and to help us not to feel alone and invisible in this process.
